Clean and comfortable room, satisfying breakfast
As the hotel is near the highway, it's so noisy. I wake up several times at night because of the sirens.
Girl at front desk was sneezing left & right. I tried to use another credit card then originally booked with and she said it wasn't accepted. They didn't have a computer available for guests to use, and I'm pregnant & was tired. I used own laptop to transfer funds. Then the room key she gave us didn't work in the door & we had to go back to the office & switch it out. Very poor customer service. The room was old, grimy, smelled like bleach. Not very welcoming. The bedspread had stains, as well as the towels. I didn't want to lay or sit on top of the bed. Yuck!
A lot for few dollars, i was impressed
The free breakfast was nice.
the staff wasn't so friendly , rather robotic....not towards me, but I noticed toward others....Guadalupe was very sweet and she was helpful.
Off yhe freeway lots of eating places
Roaches in the room ac didnt work properly
Dirty with a very poor breakfast
Everything in the room was really clean and floors were nicely vacuum. . Room was quiet and was able to get a good sleep
The place is a dump. Everything is filthy, you cant sit on the furniture or walk on the carpet barefoot. Cockroaches are apparently an amenity here. The beds sag and if you look at the box springs you can really, really be disgusted. Staff is super unfriendly. Stay elsewhere.
Got a lower rate at check in than my reservation rate.
Free WiFi didn't work, TV remote didn't work, shower head dribbled vice spray, heater so loud I couldn't hear the TV.
The night reception staff when we checked in as extremely friendly. However the lady on reception the next morning was the complete opposite! So rude. Rooms were great. Plenty of room and very clean.
Only there for one night. Main thing was the lady in reception in the morning. Couldn't believe how rude she was.
Everything was bad. The room was too small. The furniture was old, and stinky. In fact, it was the worst night I have ever spent. The internet signal was too weak. To use my WhatsApp I had to leave the room (the temperature was below 0C) and walk in the middle of a winter cold night. My laptop could it also access the internet. Everything was really bad. I wonder how Howard Johnson would allow such a franchise. In the future, if I have to sleep in a rest area inside my car, I will not check in in any Howard Johnson property.
Scary noisey dirty place to stay. NEVER again!
Housekeeping and Maintenance Staff were extremely friendly.
I went to get coffee at @ 9:30am and all the pots were empty. I asked if there was more...the front desk attendant looked extremely perturbed I was disrupting her conversation with her friend. She told me to come back in 15 min very rudely. I left and drove to Starbucks I was so annoyed. :/
Located right off hi-way 99, easy access area.
room fairly clean, very musty, charged extra for being early, and why, it was obvious room had not been used for awhile, very closed in, refrigerator not even on in 100 degree weather also, key de activated when I went to my car, it was 4 or 5 hours before check out, ( 7 am) locking my purse and phone in room. Very concerned that key was deactivated while I was in room from around 8pm, previous night, to next morning without my knowledge
The facilities are well maintained and I found nothing broken in our room. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities appeared very clean. For the price we paid (65), I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. It was a very quiet place but I also did notice it was not very full. Many rooms empty on a Sunday night.
The caliber of people staying here are probably not business or professional people. Appears those staying here, like myself, were looking for a bargain. The breakfast offered was very limiting and has lots of room for improvement.
